Nutcrackers's Black Christmas presented by the Sisters of St. James Productions

The Sisters of St. James Productions are gearing up for their next Production, NUTCRACKERS: BLACK CHRISTMAS. This is a drag holiday spectacular/ charity event NUTCRACKERS mixed with a fun halloween twist a la Tim Burtons, “Nightmare Before Christmas”. This show is guaranteed to be unlike any other in San Diego. Meant for all, it is a community building opportunity during a time that can be quite hard for many queer folks, especially for many queer youth and college-aged folks. Performers are encouraged to perform songs from their favorite holiday albums, films, and more to create a twisted Christmas Spooktacular. All while raising funds for the Tracie Jada O’Brien Scholarship.

This year's show will have an opening show on December 11th at Bang Bang San Diego, which is a lovely japanese resturant in downtown San Diego with our fabulous RuPaul's Drag Race Headliner Shuga Cain, and then an encore showing December 18th at Diversionary Theater , which is a queer owned and operated theater company, with our Boulet Brothers Dragula Headliner Landon Cider. Both showings are open to all and we can't wait to hopefully see you and your wonderful youth there.
